Ferries and Ferry Companies Operating

Two companies operate out of the port of Jersey to the UK mainland, France and the island of Guernsey.
Condor Ferries operates to all five routes, while Emeraude Jersey Ferries operates the seasonal route of Jersey to St Malo alongside Condor Ferries.

Condor Ferries runs the following services: six weekly crossings to Portsmouth, excluding Sundays (9 hours, conventional ferry, summer service); two daily crossings to Poole in the summer (2 hours, 45 minutes, fast ferry); one daily, year-round crossing to Weymouth (3 hours, 50 minutes, fast ferry); two daily, year-round sailings to Guernsey (1 hour, fast ferry, year-round service); and five daily crossings to St Malo in the summer (1 hour, 15 minutes, fast ferry).
Condor Ferries operates fast and conventional ferries and has three types of ship in service. The Condor Express and the Condor Vitesse are both high-speed catamarans that serve the UK mainland and can carry more than 700 passengers and 185 cars. The ride is smooth and the facilities excellent, with comfortable lounges, children's play area, a café/bar and a duty-free shop.
The Commodore Clipper serves the seasonal Jersey to Portsmouth route and is a conventional ferry with space for 100 cars and 300 passengers. This ship is well decked out and comes with en-suite cabins, lounges, duty free shops and a restaurant.
The Condor 10 runs the Jersey to St Malo route and is also a fast catamaran. Onboard facilities include passenger lounges, a club class lounge, a duty-free shop and a café / bar.

Emeraude Jersey Ferries runs the Jersey to St Malo service alongside Condor Ferries, with daily crossings in a time of 1 hour, 15 minutes.
Emeraude Jersey Ferries operates the same type of high-speed, car and passenger carrying catamaran as Condor Ferries. Facilities are similar, with quality passenger lounges, including a club class saloon, a café, duty-free shop and a convenient baggage handling service.
